QUIZ NIGHT UPDATE

As a result of recent events we are going to make a change to the way we organise the Fortnightly Quiz.

The last quiz (Big Steve Tribute) on the 5th October was won by MC Hamster and as a result, they have graciously agreed to run the next quiz on Wednesday 19th October.

Many of the teams have also offered to organise a quiz for subsequent dates. Thus a Quiz Calendar will be displayed in the pub, where the teams can reserve a date that they wish to present their quiz.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the teams that participated in the last quiz, your generosity raised a sum of £250 on the night, which when added to other funds collected on the day, amounted to £459.50 for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust.  Thus we will send off a cheque for £500.00 to them in Big Steve's name.
